Aka. Tea Tree
The ultimate coloniser, hardy and bee-friendly shrub species for those revegetation sites. Indigenous to both Australia and New Zealand this plant tolerates a range of climates and soils and as such was historically often viewed as a pest. However, now it is the roll Royce of revegetation plants.
Will grow to 2-5 metres in and establish a great cover for the next generation of plants to succeed.
(can grow to a 15-metre tree in some locations)
